Always unplug the lamp before changing the light bulb. Make sure the light bulb is not hot. Gently pull the flex out of the base o the lamp until you can grasp the lamp holder spring clips. Squeeze clips and slide lamp holder from base. Screw the bulb into the holder and squeeze clip to insert the lamp holder in the lamp. The holder should be pushed just past the base so it sits within the salt lamp.
Only replace the light bulb with the same type and size as supplied with the lamp.
Care should be taken when positioning the lamp to make sure that the power cord is trapped under an exit hole and not under the flat base as this could make the lamp unstable.
